Okay! This summer is your opportunity to sample various forms of creative self-expression as little artistic taste tests! Each class takes 2 hours on 2 Tuesdays from 6:30-8:30pm. That's it! Then, if you wish, you can pursue more in open studio sessions, move on to your next interest or just be happy using what you have learned. Artistic Taste-Tests are very fulfilling. Bring your friends, a bottled wine or enjoy the studio teas, have fun!

Cartooning for Creative Self-Expression
Tuesday, July 2&9, 6:30-8:30pm, $60
Study the visual language of cartooning. Learn how 1000 words worth of meaning can be conveyed with the choice of head shapes, positioning of features, body posture and a short caption with just the right rhythm and snap. Use studio media and materials to rough out and improve your characters. Learn how common computer programs and smartphone apps can be used to digitize and post your 'toons.
